Manuel G. Ramirez, DDS
Sierra Vista dentist Dr. Manuel Ramirez is a life long resident of Arizona. He was raised in the Safford/Thatcher area. He received his undergraduate degree from Northern Arizona University in 1967, after which he entered the military and served in the Vietnam campaign.
After graduation from the University of California at San Francisco in 1978 he returned to Arizona and began his practice in Sierra Vista. That was 32 years ago. Dr. Ramirez is committed to life-long learning. In 1983 he participated in a two year post doctorate program at the F.A.C.E. Institute (Foundation for Advanced Continuing Education). He studied under Drs. Tom Basta and Jerry Prinner and received credentials in the treatment and restoration of Tempro-Mandibular Joint disorders and full mouth reconstruction. In 2009 he received an invitation from Dr. Terry Tanaka and Dr. Bill Becker to participate in a research/study program at the University of California at San Diego Medical Center which focused on surgical implantation techniques.
Dr. Ramirez is the father of four children. Two of his sons take away from their studies a the University of Arizona to help Dr. Ramirez on his two cattle ranches that he owns and operates in Cochise County.
